Variegated Blue Mc6g glazes

Variegated Blue shows up texture even in the slow cool with a matt apperance.  Toasty brown clay cone 6 firing.

Kinda reminds me of Denim or your favorite jeans <G>  I will have to see what I can combine with this glaze?  Hummmmmm

Bone and Waterfall Brown MC6G

Well I got an email the other day from Joe Cooper (alias joethepotter).  He suggested I try my bone with Waterfall brown.  My bone looks more like a pale yellow on my brown clay, not a bad combo.  I use it thin and 2 second dip.

He gave me a TIP directly from John and Ron Roy (authors of the book MC6g)  That you can  sub in some titanium dioxide for some or all of the rutile and that will white out this gle some.  So if you get pale yellow or some folks have gotten SNOT YELLOW try that fix.

I thought it would run for the hills but it only ran about 1/4 inch go figure!
