Can you SMELL IT? Hummmmm well let me tell you , I seriously am no cook, I’m just sayin but I drool over Tom Gray’s Pizza. He’s a potter as well but a Pizza Snob ( and I mean that in a good way GRIN!).
He is always posting pictures of his PIZZA and making me hungry every time I visit his Blog http://tgraypots.blogspot.com/ If you search his blog, he even shares his pizza dough recipe.
It seems alot of potters in BLOG land are very good cooks and bakers….me well not so much. However, I was hungry. Dough from scratch? Not likely for me so I found….my favorite Pillsbury Dough boy, you know the white rather plump one….
TADA Pizza dough, plus already made Pesto ( I grow raspberries but that is about it…well I’m an URBAN POTTER.
Christopher Ranch makes an awesome pesto garlic thingy and I used that on my pizza crust. Added Tomatoes, mushrooms, spinach, baked chicken, cheeses and TADA yummy crispy PIZZA! Not bad for a person who can not cook! Hummmmm

Next time, try BBQ sauce straight out of the bottle instead of pizza sauce or pesto. Add some pepperoni, a couple of mushrooms, perhaps some peppers, and the squeezed-out filling of an Italian sausage. Don’t forget the cheese. Presto!
Hint: bake your pizza at 550 degrees, or whatever your oven can muster. It’s done in maybe 5 minutes or so, given that you have a pizza stone. I’ve made one for myself a while ago, and it’s one of my best kitchen tools.
Thanks Barb, I love BBQ and have a chipotle/BBQ sauce ( I like that little kick) to try! Seems I might be able to cook a few PIZZA’s. I have a few things I can cook/bake, but seriously, cooking is not my BEST skill GRIN!
Pizza looks good. I love that glaze combo on the tumbler next to it! Delicious!!!!
